what stayed after costs and reserve
Three numbers, not one. The gap between what a broker quoted and what landed in your account is the number most tools never show you.
The co-driver that runs the numbers before you roll.
Ask about the load, the money, the hours, or the paperwork — without digging through five screens. It answers from your numbers. Every estimate shows the assumptions behind it.
“What does this load clear after fuel?”
About $393.73 estimated remainder after fuel and reserve.
Sample assumptions: $685 gross, 176 loaded miles, 40 deadhead, 6.5 MPG, $3.89/gal, $0.75 reserve per mile. Planning estimate — not a settlement.
For carriers
See the remainder before you book.
Compare example loads, then change the assumptions behind estimated fuel, reserve, and remainder. You name the rate. Elion does not take a cut of the freight.
Joining the carrier pilot puts you on an early-access list. It is not a contract, and it does not promise a book of freight.
For shippers
Post freight. Negotiate directly.
Post a load and deal with the carrier through software — not a broker taking a margin in the middle. The rate is agreed between the two parties hauling it.
We are early. Joining as a shipper is a waitlist, not a promise of carrier scale, verification coverage, or a launch date.

Elion is pre-launch software. This page shows how load comparison and estimated remainder work, using sample values. Joining the waitlist asks us to email you when there is something real to show — it is not enrollment, a price, or a launch date.
What does joining the waitlist do?
We store what you type and email you when there is something worth reading. One reply stops it. There is no card and no contract.
Are the loads and money figures real?
Routes are real corridors. Rates and weekly totals are invented examples so you can see the instruments. The estimator starts from those sample assumptions; you can change them.
How is estimated remainder calculated?
Total miles = loaded + deadhead. Fuel cost = total miles ÷ MPG × fuel price. Reserve = total miles × reserve per mile. Estimated remainder = gross load pay − fuel cost − reserve. It is a planning estimate, not a settlement.
Is Elion a broker or a dispatch service?
No. We do not hold broker authority, do not arrange transportation for compensation, and are not a dispatch service. Shippers post; carriers name their own rate.
